Some things just don’t fit a standard shipping box. We measure your item and build a custom wooden crate around it, right here at the store.
A customer needed a saddle shipped — no box on a shelf anywhere is made for that. So we measured it, built a custom wooden crate around it on-site, and sent it safely on its way.
That's the kind of problem we like. If it doesn't fit a standard box — artwork, antiques, equipment, tack, machine parts, you name it — we can build for it.
Crates are built at our store on Washburn Way, so your item never has to travel anywhere unprotected.
